You would like to have a painting, what should you do?

Are you interested in buying one of my paintings? In this article I explain how you can go about acquiring a painting.

  1. Choose a painting

If you have seen a painting on social media or on my website that you are interested in then have a look at my free art catalogue for more information about the painting. In my art catalogue you will find the price, size and a short description of each painting.

I update my art catalogue as often as possible. However some paintings may no longer be available. Contact me to check the availability of a painting you are interested in.

If you are unsure about how a painting will look in your home, then I can help you to virtually visualise the painting on your wall. You can find more information about my free service here: Visualise my painting on your wall

If you would like to see a painting in my art studio then I will happily welcome you for a visit. Let me know if you have any further questions.

2. Place an order

Once you have chosen a painting that is available, then contact me either directly by email or via my contact form.

I simply need the following information:

  • Name of the painting

  • Billing address

  • Method of delivery/collection

  • Delivery address (if it is different from your payment address)

I will send you an invoice with the payment details by email to be paid within 14 days.

Once I have received your payment I will then prepare your painting for collection or shipping.

3. Shipping

If it is possible then I like to delivery the painting in person either to your home or at an agreed place. This is the best way to make sure a painting arrives at its destination safely.

However if this is not possible then I can send the painting to you. I will make sure to package the painting well so that it arrives in the best possible condition. I send paintings with a tracking number so that we can follow the journey of the painting.

Shipping and packaging costs within Switzerland are included in the price of the painting.

For all other countries: shipping costs on request. Please note: some countries charge import taxes. This is not included in the price and is the responsibility of the customer.

4. Returns

I hope that you will be satisfied with your purchase. However if you change your mind, you naturally have a 14-day right of withdrawal and you can return the painting.

5. Commissions

Would you like a more personalised painting? I would be happy to discuss your idea and make you a non-binding offer. In this article you can find more about the process for commissions.

6. Collectors

Have you already bought one of my paintings? If you decide to buy any other paintings from me then you get a 10% reduction.
